Credai Sangli's visit to our Hira Shree Lake City project was indeed a significant event. We were proud to showcase our ongoing construction activities of F-Building, G-Building, and Twin Bungalows, as well as the completed phases 1, 2, and 3. The tour was followed by a productive Q&A session with Credai Sangli, our Director, Mr. Krishnat S. Patil, and the rest of our team. Shree Builders & Developers proudly hosted a possession meeting with the new tenants of B-Building of Hira Shree. We are thrilled to announce that the completion certificate was successfully handed over to the tenants, thanks to the hard work of our team. The meeting was graced by our esteemed director, Mr. Krishna Patil, and our legal advisor, Advocate, Mr. Vandure-Patil. We believe in promoting a sense of community, which is why a new committee was formed among the tenants to ensure proper maintenance of the building. To celebrate this momentous occasion, all attendees were treated to a complimentary dinner. We are confident that the new tenants will enjoy their new home and we look forward to providing them with excellent service.

Patil, who officially launched the project. Joining him were the project’s visionary architect, Mr. Sambhaji Patil, and the meticulous Structural Engineer, Mr. Pranav Kulkarni, along with other respected dignitaries.
